Since more than 30 years, GCS Engineering Division takes care of in-house production of moulds and capping heads, offering a one-stop solution from product design to closure production.

With our mould building facilities in Zell, Germany and Reinach, Switzerland, we manufacture over 70 moulds/2000 cavities each year. Through a partnership approach with both our customers as well as external mould manufacturers, we are in a position to offer a full solution starting from product design, product development, rapid prototyping to pilot tooling and finally supply of production moulds.

We produce moulds for both standard and custom products and are the preferred mould supplier for some of our Global Key Accounts, with a focus on the following categories:

Single face moulds:
